- The above rate is based on the case where the original text is provided in digital data. In other forms (handwritten documents, scanned data, paper media, etc.), the translation is also possible, but may require additional costs for transcription and/or conversion to digital data. Please consult us for details at the time of inquiry.
- We sometimes use Neural Machine Translation (NMT) in the translation preparation stage, depending on the client’s requirements. This is intended to reduce typographical and numerical errors. The time and effort saved can then be used to improve the translation quality (e.g., by polishing the translation).
- We can also translate at a rate that depends on the level (quality) you require. For example, if the required quality is such that “all you need is to know what is written and what it means,” the rate will usually be lower than the above. Please ask us about this when you make an inquiry.
